Since 2010 Caretti & Associati has also been a Nominated Advisor (Nomad) for AIM Italia, the new market within Borsa Italiana dedicated to fast-growing small and medium-sized companies. AIM Italia is a trading exchange managed directly by Borsa Italiana - London Stock Exchange and features a flexible admission process which allows companies to obtain listing more quickly and at lower costs than on the main market, as well as providing access to primary Italian and foreign institutional investors.
The Nomad is the key actor of the newly born market and is in charge of evaluating the appropriateness of companies aiming to list on the AIM; the Nomad is involved in all the key steps of the listing process and supports the newly listed companies thereafter in their new status.
Among the Nomad’s tasks are the planning and the execution of the pre-listing due diligence as well as the definition of the Corporate Governance structure, directly and in coordination with other professional advisors (legal advisors, auditors, business consultants, etc.).
